Hybridteck Launches CDS-TP Admission Programme to Expand Free Skills Training for Underserved Communities
Hybridteck Global Business Consult has officially opened admissions into its Cluster Development Skills Training Programme (CDS-TP)—a bold, community-focused initiative designed to empower Nigerians who are unable to afford conventional school fees with tuition-free, practical skills training.
The CDS-TP is built on Hybridteck’s proven cluster development model, which brings learners together into skills clusters and production hubs where they can learn, practice, and earn simultaneously. This initiative reflects Hybridteck’s commitment to inclusive development, job creation, and sustainable livelihoods.
What the CDS-TP Offers
100% Tuition-Free Skills Training: Beneficiaries gain access to high-demand vocational and digital skills without paying tuition fees.
Hands-On Learning in Clusters: Learners are trained within organized clusters that promote collaboration, mentorship, and real-world production.
Earn While You Learn: Successful trainees may work within Hybridteck skills centres and earn income while gaining experience.
Access to Funding & Opportunities: Upon completion, outstanding clusters are linked to funding opportunities, business support, and market access to scale their ventures.
Who This Programme Serves
The CDS-TP is targeted at:
Youths and adults unable to pay school or training fees
Aspiring artisans, technicians, and digital professionals
Community members seeking sustainable income and self-employment
Admission & Qualification Requirements
To qualify for the CDS-TP admission programme, candidates are required to choose one of the following pathways:

Both pathways provide full access to training, cluster participation, and post-training opportunities.
Building Skills, Creating Jobs, Strengthening Communities
According to Hybridteck, the CDS-TP is more than a training programme—it is a social impact initiative aimed at reducing unemployment, promoting entrepreneurship, and strengthening local economies through skills clustering and shared production.
Hybridteck remains committed to bridging the skills gap, supporting MSMEs, and ensuring that financial limitations do not deny Nigerians the opportunity to learn, earn, and grow.
Admissions are now open.
Interested candidates and community leaders are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to transform lives through skills, collaboration, and innovation.
