Hybridteck Global Business Consult, through its Community Development & Skills Training Programme (Hybridteck CDS-TP) 2026, is set to train one million Nigerians who have the passion, commitment, and determination to acquire digital skills, non-digital vocational skills, and entrepreneurship development under the TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) framework.
This nationwide initiative will be implemented across Nigeria’s 774 Local Government Areas and wards, creating pathways to employable skills, self-reliance, and sustainable businesses within a 6-months intensive training period.

The Hybridteck CDS-TP 2026 is designed to:
Equip participants with industry-relevant digital and non-digital skills
Promote entrepreneurship and MSME development
Support job creation and wealth generation
Reduce unemployment and skills gaps at grassroots level
Empower youths, women, and underserved communities nationwide
Training will be delivered through Hybridteck’s decentralized training model, combining physical centers, community hubs, and digital learning platforms to ensure inclusive access across the country.
