Hybridteck Launches Cluster Development Skills Training Programme (CDS-TP) Admission
Hybridteck Network is pleased to announce the commencement of admissions into its Cluster Development Skills Training Programme (CDS-TP), a community-focused initiative designed to empower individuals who are unable to afford regular school fees.
The CDS-TP initiative is structured to ensure equal access to quality skills acquisition, enabling beneficiaries to learn valuable digital and non-digital vocational skills completely tuition-free. This programme reflects Hybridteck’s commitment to inclusive development, poverty reduction, and sustainable livelihoods within our communities.

Under this programme, selected participants will be trained in practical, income-generating skills through Hybridteck’s approved skills centres. At the end of the training, successful clusters will be linked to funding opportunities, business support, or engaged to work within Hybridteck skills centres, where they can earn income and build long-term careers.
Eligibility and Participation Requirement
To qualify for the tuition-free CDS-TP initiative, interested candidates are required to:
Invite or refer 10 additional persons who are willing to learn any of the available skills under the programme.
This referral-based model helps expand community participation and ensures that more people benefit from free skills training.
However, any candidate who is unable to meet the 10-person referral requirement may still participate by paying a cluster development support fee of ₦350,000.
