₦75 Billion FGN/BOI MSME Intervention Fund: How Nigerian Businesses Can Apply Hybridteck Blog | Business, Entrepreneurship & Funding Opportunity Are you running a small business in Nigeria and looking for funding to expand your operations, purchase materials, acquire equipment or strengthen your working capital? The Federal Government of Nigeria, through the Bank of Industry (BOI), has established a ₦75 billion MSME Intervention Programme designed to support Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises across Nigeria. Unlike a grant, this programme provides loans that must be repaid . According to the official FGN/BOI MSME Intervention Portal, eligible businesses can access up to ₦1 million , with an interest rate of 9% per annum (all-inclusive) and a repayment period of three years . Repayment begins three months after disbursement . The First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu in collaboration with the Federal Ministry of Innovation, Science and Technology (FMIST) is Championing the Energise Commercialisation Now (ECoN) Initiative.

This is to invite all Inventors and Innovators from knowledge & tertiary institutions, MDAs, professional organisations, youths in tech-based organisations, artisans, and others from all works of life, with notable and impactful Commercialisable Scientific Inventions and Innovations from across Nigerian States  to please fill the entry form using the link below to showcase their products that are eligible for commercialisation funding.


The official Flag-Off ceremony of this national initiative will hold in Kano State for the North-West zone from 23rd - 25th April, 2026

Dates for other geopolitical zones will be announced.

Thus, all Inventors and Innovators with commercialisable products resident in the NorthWest states should register on or before Sunday 19th of April, 2026 to be considered.

Please be informed that the submission of your commercisable products or services will be subjected to further screening before you are finally invited and showcased.
