HYBRIDTECK TECHNICAL & VOCATIONAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING (TVET) INITIATIVE

2026/2027 ACADEMIC YEAR ADMISSIONS NOW OPEN

BUILD A SKILL. BUILD A CAREER. BUILD THE FUTURE.

The world of work is changing rapidly, and academic knowledge alone is no longer enough. Young people need opportunities to develop practical skills, technical competence, creativity, entrepreneurship and professional confidence alongside their formal education.

In response to this need, Hybridteck Global Business Consult is expanding its Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) initiative across Nigeria, providing opportunities for learners to develop practical skills and progress through structured educational and occupational pathways.

WHY PARENTS SHOULD TAKE ADVANTAGE

Parents have an important role to play in preparing their children for the future.

Rather than waiting until a young person finishes secondary school before thinking about practical skills, parents can encourage early exposure to technical, vocational, digital and entrepreneurial learning.

Hybridteck's proposed school-to-skill approach is designed to help students:

  • Discover their talents and interests.

  • Develop practical skills alongside academic education.

  • Learn through projects and practical activities.

  • Develop creativity and problem-solving abilities.

  • Understand entrepreneurship and the world of work.

  • Build a practical portfolio of their achievements.

  • Progress into appropriate technical, vocational, academic or occupational pathways.

The objective is not to replace academic education, but to complement it with practical capability.

OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS FROM BASIC TO ADVANCED LEVELS

Hybridteck is developing structured pathways that can accommodate learners at different stages, including:

🟢 BASIC / PRE-VOCATIONAL LEVEL

For learners who are beginning their skills journey.

Requirement: Interest and willingness to learn.

Students can be introduced to age-appropriate practical, creative, digital and vocational activities.

🟢 NSQ LEVEL 1–3 PATHWAYS

For students and learners progressing into structured occupational skills development.

These pathways are intended to develop practical competence and occupational readiness in selected skill areas, subject to the applicable programme and assessment requirements.

🟢 DIPLOMA / ADVANCED TECHNICAL PATHWAYS

For candidates seeking higher-level technical and professional development.

🟢 TRADE TEST / ANTC AND RELATED PATHWAYS

For candidates pursuing recognised trade and technical development routes, where applicable.

🟢 HIGHER EDUCATION PATHWAYS

Hybridteck also seeks to support learners progressing toward higher qualifications and professional education, including HND/BSc and postgraduate-level opportunities, subject to the admission requirements of the relevant institution or awarding body.

Important: The specific qualification, level and certification awarded depends on the approved programme, institution, occupational standard and applicable assessment/certification requirements.

HIGHER DIPLOMA COURSE — MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Candidates applying for the proposed Higher Diploma pathway should have:

O'LEVEL OR NSQ LEVEL 3

Applicants will still be subject to the specific admission requirements of the programme.

FOR BASIC LEVEL TO SKILLS TRAINING

For entry-level skills programmes:

INTEREST IS THE FIRST REQUIREMENT.

A learner does not necessarily need to wait until they have completed higher education before beginning to develop a practical skill.

The earlier students discover their abilities, the more time they have to develop them.

SCHOOLS: PARTNER WITH HYBRIDTECK

We are inviting public and private schools across Nigeria to collaborate with Hybridteck for the implementation of structured Pre-Vocational, Technical and Vocational Skills Education.

Our proposed school partnership can cover:

PRIMARY 4–6

Pre-Vocational Discovery

Students discover different skills, careers, creativity and practical activities.

JSS1–JSS3

Skills Development

Students begin structured exposure and development of selected skill pathways.

SS1–SS3

Occupational & Career Pathways

Students receive deeper practical exposure, project development, entrepreneurship and career preparation.

The programme can be implemented alongside the school's academic programme, using agreed timetables, instructors, practical sessions, projects and assessment.

WHY SCHOOLS SHOULD COLLABORATE

A partnership with Hybridteck can help schools introduce:

  • Practical vocational education

  • Career discovery

  • Digital skills

  • Entrepreneurship education

  • Project-based learning

  • Skills portfolios

  • Practical assessments

  • Industry-oriented learning

  • Student skills exhibitions

  • Progression pathways

Schools can work with Hybridteck to determine the appropriate skill areas, student groups, timetable, equipment, consumables and implementation model.

PUBLIC SCHOOLS

Hybridteck recognises that public schools generally do not operate like private schools where students pay separate tuition for every programme.

Therefore, Hybridteck is open to working with State Ministries of Education, government agencies, corporate organisations, foundations, development partners and CSR programmes to establish sustainable funding arrangements for public-school implementation.

Our objective is to make practical skills development accessible to students without making direct student payment the foundation of the public-school model.

PRIVATE SCHOOLS

Private schools can adopt the programme through an agreed partnership arrangement covering:

  • Training

  • Instructors

  • Consumables

  • Equipment

  • Assessment

  • Monitoring

  • Student Skills Passport

  • Termly reporting

The financial structure can be designed according to the school's student population, selected skills and level of practical training.

SKILLS THAT CAN BE DEVELOPED

Depending on the programme and school, students may be introduced to areas such as:

👞 Leather Works & Footwear

👗 Fashion & Garment Making

💻 Computer & Digital Technology

🎨 Digital Design & Creative Media

🪑 Furniture & Upholstery

🍴 Catering & Food Services

☀️ Electrical & Solar Technology

💼 Entrepreneurship & Enterprise Development

Additional technical and vocational areas may be introduced according to available facilities, curriculum and industry requirements.

WHY 2026 IS THE RIGHT TIME TO START

The 2026 academic year provides an opportunity for parents, schools and students to begin building a stronger connection between education and practical skills.

A student can leave school with more than examination results.

They can also have:

Knowledge + Skills + Creativity + Experience + Portfolio + Career Direction

That is the vision behind the Hybridteck School-to-Skill™ initiative.

A CALL TO PARENTS

Dear Parents,

Your child's future should not depend solely on examination results.

Give your child the opportunity to discover, practise and develop a practical skill while pursuing academic education.

A child who learns to create can become an innovator.

A child who learns a skill can develop an enterprise.

A child who understands technology can participate in the digital economy.

A child who discovers a talent early can have more time to develop it.

Don't wait until graduation before thinking about employability and practical competence.

A CALL TO SCHOOL PROPRIETORS AND MANAGEMENT

We invite schools across Nigeria to partner with Hybridteck Global Business Consult to establish structured pre-vocational and vocational skills programmes within their institutions.

LET US MOVE:

FROM CLASSROOM → TO SKILL

FROM SKILL → TO COMPETENCE
