About the Programme

The MultiChoice Talent Factory Academy offers a comprehensive, hands-on training experience that combines classroom learning, industry-led masterclasses, and real production exposure. The programme is hosted across four regional academies in:

• Lagos, Nigeria (West Africa Academy)

• Nairobi, Kenya (East Africa Academy)

• Lusaka, Zambia (Southern Africa Academy)

• Johannesburg, South Africa (South Africa Academy)

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be citizens of eligible African countries

• Possess a qualification in film, TV, media, drama, or related disciplines, or demonstrate 1–2 years of relevant industry experience

• Show strong passion for storytelling, creativity, and media production

• Be available for full-time participation for 12 months
