UPDATE ON KWARA NATIONAL LEATHER B2B SUMMIT AND FAIR

Following the Central Planning Committee (CPC) engagement with  Kwara State Government, Kwara State Chapter of NALPAN and other Stakeholders, find the following updates:

1.  New date for the Leather Summit and Fair is now Monday 9th to Thursday 12th September, 2024. Note that Monday 9th September, 2024 and Thursday 12th September, 2024 are Arrival and Departure respectively.

Tuesday 10th September, 2024 is the opening ceremony and Plenary. The Plenary continues on Wednesday 11th September, 2024.

2.  HOTEL RESERVATION: Out of all our findings, the CPC settled for M&M Suites and Event Center Ilorin, not too far away from the Banquet Hall, Opposite Government House, Ilorin. The rooms that were originally Thirty Thousand Naira (N30,000.00) only for a room per day were slash down to Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00) only because of group booking. There are limited rooms. If you are interested in the rooms, kindly indicate on this platform latest on Monday 29th July September, 2024. Please expedite action.

3.  NALPAN Executive Election is scheduled to hold in the evening of Wednesday 11th September, 2024. Further details on this will be forwarded soon.

IN FASHION DESIGN & LEATHER WORK (NSQF Standard) Funded by the World Bank through IDEAS Edoshoe Manufacturing Company, in collaboration with Hybridteck Training Institute, is pleased to announce the official commencement of a comprehensive TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) programme for youths and aspiring entrepreneurs in Fashion Design and Leather Work , developed under the National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) standard.
