While many could still be of the opinion that the economy is healthy, the economic happenings and the felt effect of this nose-diving economy is everywhere. Most policies are now anti to economic health and wellness of businesses in Nigeria especially tax policies.

Every business has its own unique strengths and weaknesses. The essence of the strategic collaboration is to analyze our the strengths and weaknesses with the mind of highlighting possible areas businesses can assist each for the purpose of growth, stability, continuity , profitability and excellence among others.

The benefits of strategic collaboration is quite enormous. Just like the saying goes, two are better than one. Strategic collaborations provide a favorable platform for shared risks, better leadership, improved quality of products and/or service, increase in the organizations’ bottomline, profitable networking, winning the competition and having greater market share with less resources among others.
