The Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) is pleased to announce the Local Master’s Postgraduate Scholarship Programme for the 2025/2026 academic session. This initiative is part of NDDC’s ongoing commitment to human capital development within the Niger Delta region.

Open to indigenes of the nine Niger Delta states:

Applicants must:

Academic Qualifications | At least Second Class Lower in Bachelor’s or HND (Upper Credit) or PGD |
Admission Status | Must hold provisional or full admission into an accredited Nigerian university for a Master’s degree |
NYSC Certificate | Full NYSC completion (discharge/exemption) required |
