- Clients are required to disclose any existing legal disputes or encumbrances related to properties they own or intend to purchase.  

- Clients must adhere to agreed payment terms, service agreements, and transaction schedules.  

4. Property Listing and Transactions

- All property listings must undergo due diligence and verification to ensure legal ownership and compliance with local regulations.  

- Hybridteck shall not be liable for misrepresentation by third-party property sellers.  

- Transactions will only be completed after legal documentation, verification, and client consent.  

5. Confidentiality and Data Protection

- Client information will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality and used strictly for the purpose of providing estate solutions.  

- Hybridteck will not disclose or share client data with third parties without written consent, except as required by law.  

6. Fees and Payment Terms 

- All service charges, commission fees, and other payments must be agreed upon in writing before engagement.  

- Payments must be made through the approved Hybridteck payment channels.  

- Late payments may attract penalties as outlined in the service agreement.  

7. Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes arising from real estate transactions will be handled through negotiation, mediation, or legal arbitration as necessary.  

- Hybridteck will not be responsible for disputes between clients and third-party service providers unless directly involved in the agreement.  

8. Ethical Standards and Compliance

- Hybridteck operates under strict ethical and legal real estate practices.  

- Employees and agents are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, bribery, or conflicts of interest.  

- Clients are encouraged to report unethical practices to the company management for appropriate action.  

9. Termination of Services 

- Hybridteck reserves the right to terminate services if a client engages in illegal activities, provides false information, or violates contractual agreements.  

- Clients may terminate services if Hybridteck fails to meet agreed service expectations, subject to contract terms.
